The address info@menumentos.com is our channel for direct and effective communication: a person reads it and we reply as soon as possible.
2. Purpose
menumentos is a free audio guide for walking around Spanish towns and cities. It is a project by ClaudIA Tech, which develops and provides it. Your use of the website and the app is governed by this legal notice, by the terms of use, by the community terms if you contribute content, by the privacy policy and by the cookie policy.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, audio, voices, routes, images, design, code, the «menumentos» brand and its logo belong to CLAUDIA TECH, S.L. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, transform or publicly communicate them beyond personal use of the website and the app without our written permission, except where the law allows it (for example, quotation).
Some map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors, under the ODbL licence; the website’s map tiles come from OpenFreeMap; the app’s map is Google Maps. Community stories are published under the licence their authors grant us (see the community terms).
The sources of each story are cited on its page on the website.
4. Links
The website and the app link to the app stores, to ticketing websites (with our affiliate ID) and to the sources of the stories. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content. If you find a link to illegal content, let us know at info@menumentos.com and we will remove it as soon as we have checked it.
Affiliate links. Ticket and guided tour cards carry the label «Affiliate link» and the provider’s name (Civitatis, GetYourGuide, Tiqets or another). If you book through these links, menumentos earns a commission; it costs you nothing extra. The card text is ours; the price, availability and booking conditions are the provider’s. When you click, you leave menumentos for a third-party website, which may set its own cookies (including the one that credits us with the booking) and is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We do not pass on any of your data: the link only carries our affiliate ID and a campaign tag for the place or route.
Advertising. Ads in the app and sponsored stops are identified as such («Sponsored»).
5. Liability
We review and check the content before publishing it, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the service will run without interruptions. The recommendations for walking safely are in the terms of use. We are liable as provided by law, including consumer protection law, which this notice does not limit.
6. Languages
We publish these texts in Spanish, English, French, German and Simplified Chinese. The translations are for information: if the versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
7. Governing law
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction; if you are not, the courts of Illescas (Toledo).
