Cookie policy

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies (browser local storage, pixels) are used by the website menumentos.com, owned by CLAUDIA TECH, S.L. (trade name ClaudIA Tech), in accordance with Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services (LSSI) and the Guide on the use of cookies of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). The app has its own consent message (see the privacy policy, section 8).
1. What we use
menumentos.com does not use analytics, advertising or third-party cookies, and does not load fonts or scripts from other companies. That is why we do not show you a cookie banner.
We only use what is strictly necessary for what you ask for to work. By law it does not need your consent, but we tell you about it:

The public pages (home, cities, routes, stories, community, blog and these texts) store nothing in your browser.
Map: the website’s maps are drawn with OpenFreeMap tiles that your browser downloads from their servers. They do not set cookies, but those servers receive your IP address, like any website you visit.
Third-party links: if you follow a link to the app stores or to ticketing websites, those websites have their own cookie policy.
2. If we ever add cookies that are not necessary
If we ever add analytics or any other cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will update this policy and:
- we will ask you first, with a notice on your first visit showing «Accept», «Reject» and «Settings» buttons at the same level and with the same prominence; nothing will load until you accept;
- you will be able to change your mind at any time from a link in the footer of every page;
- we will remember your choice for 13 months at most and then ask you again.
3. How to delete or block cookies in your browser
You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you block what is strictly necessary, you will not be able to sign in to your account or contribute.
